Treating Allergies and Building Immunity with Herbal Adaptogens, Essential Oils, and Nourishing Foods

June 18, 2022 (Saturday) 9:00 am-12:00 pm

Want to ward off allergens, viruses, bacteria, and other pathogens naturally? Explore tonic herbs, medicinal mushrooms, and essential oils to decrease inflammation and allergic response while optimizing immune function. Learn how seasonal foods keep our bodies in harmony with the changing season and keep you healthy, optimize your immune defenses, and gain more energy as an added vitality boost! Participants will enjoy a hands-on portion of the class making and sampling immune-enhancing teas and food, explore essential oils and making their own aromatherapy blends. (3 hours)

I loved everything about it.  The knowledge gained as well as the products I’ve created.  Truly was a retreat and an amazing learning experience.
