Build a Career through Networking

This is a free retreat but does require at least a $10 donation to Lifestyles of Maryland to help the homeless. Donate directly to Lifestyles and email the receipt (brianna@retreatandlearn.com) or donate via our registration page and we will send to them. Feel free to donate more! Once class is filled, the website will be updated.

Building a strong network is important to finding a job and building a career or business. Come learn how Brianna Bowling started her software engineering business over a grilled cheese sandwich. Learn how to build your network, start a conversation (and end one), the importance of failure to build success and how to work with people you don’t like. Retreat will be held at Ravens Crest and is limited to high school seniors or college students.

Please bring your favorite writing tools (paper, laptop, pencil, pen) to take notes. Some drinks and snacks included but feel free to bring your own.

** Your safety is important to us so the workshop has been limited to no more than 10 participants. There is plenty of space for distancing in the house and on the grounds. While masks are not required, each person should mask as they feel comfortable and individual needs for spacing will be honored. **

Minimum participants – 5, Maximum 10.
