Ravens Crest, located in Newburg, MD, feels like home but has amenities like a projector screen hidden in the ceiling of the hand-hewn beams, comfy leather sofas and white board. There are multiple areas for break out sessions including two separate living rooms, a training space in the original parlor and three porches with multiple seating areas. There is space to gather as one group for meals – either in the dining room or on the back porch — both overlook the Potomac River. The kitchen, with commercial oven and extensive refrigeration, make it easy to easy to feed your team — whether cooking together or catered. Space for some overnight guests is also available.

While Ravens Crest is located on a quiet remote farm there is still plenty to do. We are only 45 miles south of Washington DC. There are also plenty of attractions nearby and fabulous restaurants – this is just a starter list!

Company Retreats

Family & Friend Gatherings

Ravens Crest is the perfect backdrop and location for a relaxing and unique time with family… or friends you consider family! Located less than an hour south of Washington, DC, the location is private, quiet with excellent amenities including a chef kitchen. Watching the eagles soar right outside your window over the cliff while you relax with a glass of wine is a favorite activity. From a recent guest – “We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evening watching the heat lightning over the river, the fireflies in the fields and two young racoons playing in the yard. We also saw deer and turkey. It was nice to unplug for a couple of days and enjoy the peace and quiet.”

Overnight Accommodations

For those wanting overnight accommodations, Ravens Crest offers 4 bedrooms plus a secondary living room upstairs in the midst of the bedrooms. We are fifteen minutes from additional lodging and restaurants and less than a mile to a waterfront restaurant.

  • Upstairs bedroom with Queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Pricing
  • Use of the retreat house and grounds including coffee, tea, and snacks for up to 12 people. Full day – $1000 for first day, $500 for additional days. Partial days are at a rate of $125 per hour with minimum of 4 hours. Two full days for twelve day guests and up to 5 guests overnight – $1600 for first night and two days, $800 for additional nights and surrounding days.
  • Overnight accommodations. $800 for first night, $200 per room per night for additional nights. Reduced first night price rate available for one couple rather than group.
