Retreat & Learn was founded with the purpose of preserving farmland and open space, the opportunity to enjoy a historic farm, and provide education and learning.

Ravens Crest is a 173 acre working farm growing hay, soybeans, wheat and corn. The farmhouse was built in 1840 and offers panoramic views off a cliff overlooking the Potomac River in Newburg, Maryland. There is nothing like sitting on the front porch overlooking the fields and river to help you reflect on your day.

In addition to hosting educational events at Ravens Crest, we rent the farm and house for small events like family reunions and company retreats. Your participation helps preserve the open space and the long-term viability of the farm. Because our primary goal is to farm and preserve farmland, event participation is limited to small gatherings only and a limited number of events per year. A few times per year we host free sunset watching so everyone can enjoy the view! Check out the Events page for upcoming dates.

As part of the education arm of Retreat & Learn, Brianna offers leadership and communication workshops as well as keynote speaking at both Ravens Crest and off-site client locations. We also offer free education via our YouTube channel!
